This article provides troubleshooting tips for users running Linux who have experienced issues with our Flash-based Content Reader.


If you are having problems with the Flash-based Content Reader on a Linux system the following tips may help you resolve the issue:

  • Update Flash to the lastest version.
  • Use the HTML View when available.
  • Use Google Chrome. We have had several positive reports of Google Chrome loading the Flash Content Reader when Firefox does not.
  • Make sure you have "Accept thrid-party cookies" enabled in Firefox's and Chrome's Privacy preferences.
