Welcome Email Not Received

This article explains common reasons why you may not have received your Welcome Email and Login credentials from Creative Edge and what you can do to resolve the issue.


At times, our Welcome Emails do not reach our customers. This problem can be attributed to various issues such as a typo in the email address, use of spam or privacy filters, or a high volume of traffic on the internet.

When this occurs, please try the following:

  • Check for the email in your Junk email folder. If it is in your Junk mail folder, add the following email domains to your Safe Senders list:
  • If the Welcome Email is not in your Junk mail folder:
    • Go to
    • Enter the email address you used to sign up for your account
    • If you remember it, enter the password you selected when you signed up.
    • If you do not remember the password, click Forgot Password? A new, temporary, password will be sent to your email address. Make sure you have added the email domains above to your Safe Senders list so that you receive it.

If you are still not able to locate your Welcome Email, or sign in to your account, please contact Customer Service. We will re-send your Welcome Email to you or provide you with a temporary password so you can get started using your account.
